PDW axials

Findings: Multiple foci of increased T2 signal in the deep and subcortical white matter throughout both cerebral hemispheres some with a perpendicular orientation (a) to the lateral ventricle. Foci of increased signal in the pons and the pontine tegmentum (teg) and extending into the superior cerebellar peduncles (scp) right greater than left. Focus of increased signal (b) in the left cerebellar hemisphere. Scattered foci of increased signal are also present within the thalami bilaterally (thal).
