T1 axials post-gad

Findings: Multiple foci of enhancement mostly in the subcortical white matter involving both cerebral hemispheres as well as the cerebellum (black arrows). Multiple other foci of decreased signal in the periventricular white matter of both cerebral hemispheres (white arrows). Generalized cerebral atrophy.
