Quadrigeminal plate cistern (quad cist). Foramen of Luschka (Lusc). Horizontal fissure (hor). Enhancing choroid plexus in the right foramen of Luschka (cp). Superior cerebellar peduncle (scp). Inferior colliculus (inf col).
