Enhancing lesion adjacent to the anterior horn of the right lateral ventricle (c). Focus of low signal (d) in the left subinsular region. Low signal lesion with surrounding enhancement adjacent to the anterior wall of the superior aspect of the atrium (e) of the left lateral ventricle.
