Non-enhancing nodule (b) along the surface of the body of the left lateral ventricle. Focus of enhancement at the left choroidal fissure (c). Two enhancing nodules at the inferior aspect of the anterior horn of the right lateral ventricle (d). Foci of decreased signal in the subcortical white matter of the insula (e) on the left and in the cortex of the inferior right temporal lobe (f). Quadrigeminal plate cistern (qcist). Inferior colliculus (icol). Pituitary infundibulum (inf). Pituitary gland (pit). Cavernous sinus (csin). Optic chiasm (chi). Supraclinoid internal carotid artery (sc ica).
