Findings: Thickening of the ependymal lining of most of the corpus callosum (a) with confluent increased signal in the periventricular white matter (b) compatible with vasogenic edema. Another focus of increased signal in the left opercular region (c). Soft tissue involving the inferomedial right globus pallidus (d). Left globus pallidus (gp). Putamen (put). Anterior commissure (ac). Anterior cerebral arteries (aca).
