Findings: Bright mass in the fourth ventricle (a) with a component in the pontine tegmentum (b). Increased signal (c) within the belly of the pons is probably small vessel ischemia. Note effacement of the prepontine cistern (ppc). Membrane thickening in the sphenoid sinus (ss). Pre-cavernous internal carotid artery (pc ica) medial to Meckels cave (Mec). Cavernous internal carotid artery (cav ica). Basilar artery (ba).
