Findings: Enlarged left posterior cerebral artery (pca) with immediate shunting into a dilated vein of Galen with resulting drainage into the straight sinus (str) and the sigmoid sinus (sig). Bilateral posterior inferior cerebellar arteries (PICA). Basilar artery (bas). Left vertebral artery (L vert).
