T2 axials

Findings: Left parieto-occipital, extraaxial lesion with mass effect upon the underlying gyri which is hypointense to white matter with decreased signal posteriorly. Periventricular and basal ganglia foci of increased signal compatible with small vessel ischemia. Sinus inflammation.
