Fast Inversion Recovery axials

Findings: Increased signal in the left vertebral artery (a), the gray and white matter both cerebellar hemispheres and the pons. The basilar is indistinguishable from the CSF flow artifact (b) in the pre-pontine cistern. CSF flow artifact in the fourth ventricle (c).
