T1 coronals post gad

Findings: Irregular, thick walled ring enhancing mass in the superior thalamus and periventricular white matter on the right, probably contiguous with the lateral ventricle. Enhancement of the septum pellucidum and the inferior aspect of the right side of the corpus callosum. Low signal in the surrounding subcortical and deep white matter compatible with vasogenic edema.
