Findings: Widened straight sinus (a) with increased signal. Bright signal in the region of the torcula (b). Mass in the right thalamus (c) with bright signal medially and superiorly. Multiple other foci of bright signal within the third (d) and lateral ventricles (e) as well as the deep white matter of the parieto-occipital regions (f). Additional focus of increased signal compatible with subdural blood over the left temporo-parietal operculum (g).
