T1 axials post gad

Findings: Enhancing left parieto-occipital mass with a central non-enhancing region producing mass effect and decreased signal in the adjacent white matter compatible with vasogenic edema. It is broad based and abuts the dura. Enhancement of the dura over the contralateral parieto-occipital region.
