Diffusely enhancing meninges (d) particulary involving the tentorium and over the vertices. Prominent extraaxial fluid space (e). Horizontal fissure (hor). Zygomatic arch (zy). Deep head of the temporalis m (dht). Superficial head of the temporalis m (sht). Superior head of the lateral pterygoid m (shlp). Inferior head of the lateral pterygoid m (ihlp). Medial pteryoid m (mp). Masseter m (mas).
