Proton density weighted axials

Findings: Large, lobulated region of increased signal in the left frontoparietal periventricular white matter with minimal mass effect. Two other lesions with increased signal are present involving the right aspect of the splenium of the corpus callosum (a) and the subcortical white matter of the anterior right frontal lobe (b).
