Findings: Cystic mass expanding the right midbrain compressing the right cerebral peduncle, laterally (a) with a nodule in the inferolateral aspect (b). Fusiform enlargement of the prechiasmal optic nerves (c) with relative prominence of the intraconal optic nerves bilaterally. Prominence of the atria and the temporal horns of the lateral ventricles right greater than left. Vague area of increased signal in the cortex adjacent to the medial aspect of the left temporal horn (d).
