Findings: Bright, cystic appearing mass in the right midbrain with an isointense nodular component in the inferolateral aspect. Fusiform enlargement of the prechiasmal optic nerves (a). Generalized increase signal in the peri- ventricular white matter of both temporal lobes with prominence of the temporal horns of both lateral ventricles in the atrium of the right lateral ventricle. Mild increase in T2 signal in the periatrial white matter on the right (b).
