T1 axials post-gad

Findings: Cystic mass in the right midbrain with an enhancing nodule inferiorly with a non-enhancing component immediately superior to the enhancing nodule. Previously noted focus of increased signal on T1 in the left temporal lobe is non-enhancing. Fusiform enlargement of the chiasm and prechiasmal optic nerves also non-enhancing (a). Enlargement of the temporal horns in atria of both lateral ventricles, right greater than left.
