T1 axials post-gad with fat sat

Findings: Cystic mass in the right midbrain with an enhancing nodule inferiorly and a non-enhancing portion at the superior aspect of the enhancing nodule. Non-enhancing fusiform enlargement of the optic nerves and chiasm (a). Prominent temporal horns of the lateral ventricles right greater than left.
