Findings: Isointense soft tissue mass (a) in the posterior 3rd ventricle (3v). The 3rd and lateral ventricles are dilated and there is diffuse low signal in the periventricular white matter adjacent to the anterior horns of the lateral ventricles (b). Quadrigeminal plate cistern (qp cist). Ambient cistern (amb cist).
