T1 coronals post-gad

Findings: Multiple regions of curvilinear and circular enhancement within the deep white matter of both cerebral hemispheres (arrows) with decreased T1 signal centrally and as well as decreased T1 signal extending into the subcortical white matter adjacent to some of these lesions. No significant mass effect.
