T2 axials

Findings: Extensive confluent signal abnormality involving the white matter of the left cerebral hemisphere and extending into the right cerebral hemisphere as well. Mild mid- line shift. Note enlargement with increased signal involving the internal capsule particularly the posterior limb (a).
