Findings: Isointense mass (a) in the floor of the mouth displacing the oropharynx laterally. No definite invasion of adjacent fat planes. Submandibular glands (smg). Anterior belly of the digastric (abd). Geniohyoid (gen). Mylohyoid (my). Platysma (pl).
