Findings: Thickening of the frontal bones bilaterally with patchy foci of enhancement. Note thickening of the orbital plates of the frontal bones (a) and the walls of the sphenoid sinus (ss). Thickening and enhancement of the dura most apparent over the left frontal lobe (b). Longus captitis m (lc). Parotid glands (par). Internal carotid artery (ica). Masseter m (mas). Medial pterygoid m (mp). Lateral pterygoid m (lp). Optic nerve (on).
