Low signal nasopharyngeal mucus (b). Left thalamus (thal). Pituitary gland (pit) with bright signal neurohypophysis posteriorly. Pre-pontine cistern (ppc). Left vertebral artery (vert). Left cerebellar tonsil (ton). Optic chiasm (chi). Pituitary infundibulum (inf). Anterior arch of C1 (c1). Dens of C2 (dens). Third ventricle(3v). Quadrigeminal plate (quad) overlying the cerebral aqueduct. Fourth ventricle (4v). Cisterna magna (cm). Right lateral ventricle (lv). Vein of Galen (vog). Straight sinus (ss). Torcular Herophili (torc).
