T2 FSE sagittals lower thoracic

Findings: Continued prominence of the dorsal aspect of the thecal sac extending to the conus resulting in effacement of the ventral thecal sac and flattening with atrophy of the mid thoracic cord. The degree of cord atrophy is a function of the relative asymmetry of the dorsal thecal sac vs. the ventral aspect.
